ASICS is enabling everyday athletes to see the impact of sport on their own mind with ASICS Uplifter. PART 1 –  Honestly, I’ve been struggling. With Motherhood, and probably a form of postpartum depression. Lily is 18 Months now and Paul is 3,5 years old. Why do I Pee my pants when I run?!

When I run, it makes me feel free, it liberates me from any responsibilities and things that I otherwise HAVE to do. I like to run fast, and I don’t like being stopped and distracted. But I’ve recently started to encounter a very distracting and very embarrassing event whilst running, and to be honest it’s been happening for a while, I’ve just always tried to prevent it by running slower and not pushing as hard, which is not very realistic if your trying to improve your times and distances. My Husband is my best friend and the person I want to do things with, everything else with other people just feels like allot of coordination. SO were going through the motions of getting into running together – I’ve Kinda forgotten what it felt like in the beginning to not be fit. How hard…

By lunch time I had a funny scratch in my throat….annoyed with the realization that I might be getting a flu I tried to prevent it. Drinking Vitamin C, lots of water, Despite this it kept getting worse. But what I fear I did wrong was that I went for a Run.
