We’re young and old, we’re beginners and professionals, from fitness coaches to sports experts, we run streets and trails.
It’s the combination of all these things that makes our community so strong, vibrant and unique.

Avent was one of the first companies I connected with for product reviews and I love their breast pumps, Definitely a good product, lasted me 4 years and 2 babies, countless hours of Milk expressed, thanks to them.

Pokkelokkie

Pokkelokkie makes the Most beautiful natural cloth nappies. I love working with this brand and their amazing owner Karen. Pokkelokkie makes cloth nappies affordable and easy for moms and dads. They love natural fabrics. They are thirsty, durable and comfortable against baby’s bum.

NUK

I Love DUMMIES!! They are such a life saver for me and my boobs, no jokes! My kids both loved Nuk Dummies, aswell as their other products. My daughter Lily refused to take a bottle in the beginning and the NUK Breast Like bottle saved us when I had to go back to work. Definitely a 5 star recommendation from me!

Tommee Tippee is one of the brands that I love working with. Their products are absolutely wonderful and aimed at making a mom’s life easier, I have not used a product of others that I didn’t absolutely love!

Tiny Blossoms is a speech therapy center and also a lactation consultant here in Pretoria. They help Parents and Children with various speech and language needs. 

They also help with lactation and Breastfeeding support for new Mommies, that I would definitely recommend.

A-BE-C is working to make the highest standard of treatment available to all who are affected by bladder exstrophy. Whether you are a parent of a child or an adult with this condition, or a member of the medical community, A-BE-C is here for you.

Dr Izak van Heerden:

Dr Izak van Heerden is our Son’s Doctor for Bladder Extrophy.

Dr Izak van Heerden qualified as a medical doctor at The University of Pretoria, he did his housemanship at Kalafong Hospital and was in the Military Service for 2 years where he gained experience in trauma work. He then did a 6-month course of anaesthetics to prepare him for a surgical career, as well as a one-year experience in general surgery.
