    Back to Grassroots Rugby with ASICS

    On 14 June 2017 ASICS and the organisers of the TAG Rugby joined forces with members of the Springbok Squad to host a TAG Rugby Clinic in Durban South Africa. The clinic was presented to children of Eqinisweni and Eskululiwe Primary Schools at College Rovers Rugby Club. It was a memorable experience for all the children  to receive lessons from their Springbok heroes. Springbok players and ASICS ambassadors Tendai “Beast” Mtawarira and Eben Etzebeth was joined by Courtnall Skosan, Siya Kolisi, Jesse Kriel and Rudy Paige to get back to basics with the youngsters.     App Review: Polar Beat

    Fourth on my list for the App review was Polar Beat. I have a polar loop activity tracker and thought it would be interesting to see how they integrate. I tested the app for 31 days and ran a total of 212km with the app – well some of my races and runs I did with Strava as well – just because the app bombed out a few times. The app was ok.
